SHIPPING POLICY 

PRODUCT PACKING

  •        All your purchased items will be wrapped up in our packaging which are amply sized. We make sure that your items are well-protected.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

  •        We use JNE as our shipping courier for all orders made in NEFERTITI online store, with some different services as follows:

-        JNE OKE (takes longer than the regular)

-        JNE Regular (3-7 business days)

-        JNE YES (1 business day)

  •        Please take into consideration that we ship orders on business days only, from Monday to Friday (excluding National holidays), within maximum 2 days after we have received invoice with your full amount transfer (Payment Confirmation). If we receive the invoice on Friday, your package will be delivered on the following Monday.

  •        Orders are dispatched via carrier with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Carrier Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.  However, if you want your order to be delivered on the same day, please contact our customer service at info@nfrtlabel.com (Available for Jakarta Area only).

  •        An email confirmation with a tracking link will be sent to your inbox 1 day after your order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING FEE

  •        Shipping fees include packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are free, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

  •        Item exchange for different size may cost additional charges because it is not our responsibility if you select the wrong size. Unless, our crew has made a wrong delivery. Just to remind you that we provide product and size info on each product we sell.

  •        Please be assured that no additional shipping rate charges will be applied for a product returning with manufacturing defect. We will add more value as a shipping back costs reimbursement to your store credit if you ask for exchange or refund.

SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTIONS

  •        We are not responsible for any lost or damaged shipment. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

  •        It is better to double check your address before completing your purchase. We do not take responsibility if JNE cannot deliver the package in time due to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient name at the address.

  •        We do not take responsibility if the package is delivered to incorrect destination due to the customer providing incorrect address.

  •        Please be advised that we will not issue refunds for orders which are not delivered in specific time by the courier.
