RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You have (7) days maximum from the shipment to return or exchange your purchase under these following conditions:
- Item with manufacturing defect.
- Item exchange for different size.
- Item in new and original condition with tag still attached.
- NON-SALE item.
Please note that any exchange is based on stock availability. If the item is out of stock, we can only give you store credit as a refund. We will not proceed your return & exchange that do not meet our policy.
HOW TO RETURN & EXCHANGE

Please follow the following steps to return your purchase:
- Contact our Customer Service through NEFERTITI website (linked to http://www.nfrtlabel.com/contact-us) to register a return. Don’t forget to put your order ID on Order Reference column.
- You will receive a return form via e-mail from our Customer Service.
- Fill out the form and include it to your returned package.
- Drop it off at any post office or courier nearby.
